1. What is your steam name?
A: KittenPuffBall

2. What is your Steam ID?
A: http://steamcommunity.com/id/kittenpuffball/

3. What is your In-Game name?
A: CT PFC 2342 Runt

4. State your personalities
A: Determined, serious, reflective, and kind.

5. Can you come on every day or at least every other day?
A: Yes as of now. I do run track so if I don't have too much homework after practice I should be fine.

6. Do you have any experience being an officer or a leader?
A: I owned a server about 8 months ago (BrownCowgaming) where I was commander of the Galatic Marines and sometimes lead the entire server. Although I could not lead every mission as I did serve as game master part of the time.

7. What is your current rank?
A: PFC

8. Why should you become an officer?
A: I've been looking for a swrp server now that I'm getting back into it and I think I found what I'm looking for in this server. I'm prepared to be committed and should I become NCO of 41st, I would not take the position lightly. I enjoy leading people and making sure that things run smoothly.

9. Recommendation(s) from another officer
A: Fleet Ensign Brandi said that the application was open for this position. I'm unsure whether you will see her as an officer or not, but she is staff so I trust her.

Required Information

10. What is the battalion you are applying for
A: 41st NCO

11. What is the Lore of this battalion?
(What is it for, how was it formed)

A: The 41st Elite Corps is a specially trained, elite battalion of clone troopers. Led by Jedi Generals Yoda, Luminara Unduli, and Commander Gree. The 41st Elite Corps has been tasked with numerous missions anywhere from scouting to escorting prisoners. The 41st Elite Corps is what it says in the name "Elite" and can get the job done where other battalions fall short.

12, What do you think an officer's job is?
A: I think an officer should lead those under them with prestige and make an example to follow. They should never disrespect those above or below them and should be prepared to lead in difficult situations. An officer needs to be reliable and someone their troopers can count on when things get tough.

13. How would you train/discipline your troopers?
A: 1. First off since my battalion is elite I would immediately weed out any minges or people not taking it seriously in the tryouts off the bat. People like that can't handle battalions like these. So from there on I would not tolerate any minging during training or at all.
2. The battalion would host regular shooting drills, where I would test their accuracy and reaction times. Time would be spent on faces and formations but as we are an elite battalion I would expect these things to be second nature to my troopers.
3. Additionally, I would put my troopers through tough scenarios without many directions and see how they handle it. This would help me find out who can step and lead the battalion in case of my absence and help decide who are the best candidates for promotions.

14. How should an officer treat his/her troopers?
A: With astounding respect, it is very important that the officer set the example. A trooper should not fear their officer but should not see them as weak or petty. It is important to be strict and deliberate but in a respectful manner.
15. What would you do if two troopers were fighting?
A: It would depend on the scenario but if it was event/training I would immediately tell them to knock it off and focus on the task at hand. If they refused I would threaten that they would be discharged from the battalion. Once we returned to the Venator/home base I would then attempt to resolve the conflict my self and if I was incapable I would then contact staff to assist the situation.

16. What makes a good leader?
A: A good leader is someone who does what is expected of them as a leader, such as leading their troops professionally and in a first-class manner. I'm not interested in being a good leader, I want to be a great leader. I would go above and beyond my call of duty, making sure my battalion is the most disciplined and skilled on the server. I would strive to be the example for other leading officers and battalions on the server.

Scenarios
17. Your squad was sent to investigate a cave system. As you are investigating, the cave collapses, blocking your exit and shutting down all communications. What would you do in this situation?
A: I would conduct a head count if possible to determine if the troopers under my lead were injured or not. I would then assess the situation and look for other ways out while my troopers set up a perimeter. If there was another way out we would cautiously head towards it. If we could not locate another way out I would send a squadron of scouts to take one last look and holdout until hopefully help arrives.

If you have anything extra to add, list it below
A: Even if this doesn't get accepted I will try my best to contribute to the server and hopefully be able to revise my application and try again.
